Service and eligibility
These terms govern use of LiveSwap at liveswap.ai. Using the service means accepting these terms, the Usage Rules and the applicable purchase conditions. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Contact support@liveswap.ai or Support.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep account information accurate and credentials secure. Notify us of unauthorized access. You must have permission to process and publish the images and likenesses you submit. Ownership of your input remains with you; you authorize the processing and transmission needed to provide your requested function. Third-party rights still apply to generated content and library references.
Available functions and output
LiveSwap transforms camera video in supported browsers using the available model providers. Features, models and payments may be disabled or limited. A feature page does not guarantee immediate access. Quality and latency depend on the model, device, network, lighting and input. Output can be inaccurate and must not be used for identity or liveness verification. Follow the disclosure and prohibited-use requirements in the Usage Rules. Provider failures, maintenance or safety measures may interrupt service.
Credits and purchases
The pricing page and checkout show the product, currency, tax where applicable, included credits or model minutes, expiry and billing interval. A displayed minute allowance relates to the stated model; another model may consume the balance faster at its displayed rate. Purchases are available only when checkout is enabled. New eligible accounts receive the welcome credit offer described below; promotional credits are not tied to a particular model. Credits are service entitlements, not cash or a transferable currency.
Local camera preview is free. Starting a generation session reserves credits before connection, with a per-session duration limit of up to five minutes. We settle using provider-reported usage subject to the reserved budget and server-recorded limits. A delayed or missing picture does not establish zero supplier usage. Unused reservations return after reconciliation with their original expiry. Connection or settlement failures may temporarily hold a reservation; report the session ID rather than repeatedly starting sessions.
Subscriptions and cancellation
One-time packs do not renew. Subscriptions renew at the billing interval disclosed at checkout until canceled. For quarterly plans, the included credits are granted for that three-month period, not again every month. Subscription credits expire at the recorded period end and do not roll over. The purchase record governs the validity of packs and add-ons.
Use Billing to manage renewal, or contact support if you cannot access it. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and leaves paid access until the shown period end; the processor’s confirmation specifies the effective date. A refund request does not automatically cancel renewal. Our Refund Policy explains payment disputes and approved refunds. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
Suspension, closure and responsibility
We may restrict access for misuse, fraud, security threats, nonpayment or legal requirements and explain the reason where appropriate and lawful. You can request account closure through Privacy & reports; cancel any subscription separately and download files you need. Record retention follows the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for reviewing output and following applicable law and third-party platform rules. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular creative result or that output is free of others’ rights. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact support to seek resolution of a dispute; mandatory consumer protections and access to competent courts remain available. Material changes will be dated on this page and communicated as appropriate; existing purchases remain subject to their agreed conditions unless lawfully changed.
Choose a model and understand credits
New accounts receive 30 credits. X-Max 2.1 costs 1 credit/s; Lucy 2.6 costs 4 credits/s and needs at least 40 credits to start. Credits are reserved at start and unused credits return after settlement.
