Payment refunds and unused reservations
Returning unused session credits and refunding a payment are different processes. After a session is reconciled, unused reserved credits return to the original balance with the original expiry; this is not a cash refund. If a reservation remains pending or usage looks wrong, send the session ID through Support.
When purchases are enabled, you may request review of duplicate or incorrect charges, an undelivered purchase, a service failure, or an unused purchase you want to cancel. We assess payment status, actual usage, the purchase conditions and applicable law. A request is not automatic approval. Used credits, expired promotional credits or dissatisfaction with a result do not by themselves guarantee a refund; billing errors, service failures and mandatory consumer rights are still considered. We do not impose a blanket exclusion of statutory withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights.
How to request
Email support@liveswap.ai or open an account ticket. Include your account email, order or session ID, the date and a short description. Do not send passwords, API keys or full card details. If you cannot log in, use email. Contact us promptly so we can investigate; any mandatory legal deadline or remedy remains applicable.
Approved payment refunds are submitted through the relevant payment provider, normally to the original payment method. We confirm the outcome; bank and provider processing times vary. A full refund revokes the associated unused credits and paid entitlements. We do not promise automatic partial refunds or a fixed bank arrival date. A pending provider response may require reconciliation before a final status is available.
Subscriptions
Cancel future renewals in Billing. Cancellation and refund are separate: canceling does not automatically refund the current period, and requesting a refund does not automatically stop renewal. Contact support if cancellation fails. Mandatory rights in your jurisdiction take precedence over conflicting purchase conditions. Read the Terms of Service for expiry and subscription rules.
