Usage Rules

Permission and eligibility

Use LiveSwap only if you are 18 or older. Submit images and likenesses you own or have permission to process and publish, including permission from depicted people where required. A publicly visible photo is not permission. Library references do not grant unrelated trademark, publicity, endorsement or redistribution rights.

Prohibited uses

Do not use the service for fraud, deceptive impersonation, identity or liveness verification, harassment, extortion, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, or misleading political content. Do not bypass safeguards, account controls or spending limits, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful material. Respect the rules of the platforms where you stream or publish.

Disclose and review

Make clear that realistic output is AI-transformed. Keep appropriate disclosure when streaming, recording or sharing. Review output before publication; it may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Library previews are reference inputs, not guaranteed examples of model output. You remain responsible for permissions and how you use a result.

Your session and reports

Local camera preview is free. Starting generation sends the selected reference and camera stream to the selected XMAX or Decart / Lucy provider. Sessions reserve credits before connection and settle after usage reconciliation, as described in the Terms. Missing output does not automatically mean zero usage.

Report misuse, a rights concern or a disputed session through Privacy & reports, Support or support@liveswap.ai. Include a relevant URL, session or order ID and a description; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive images. We may restrict offending content or accounts while investigating, subject to applicable law.
